Ohrid Ultra-Trail® is an international outdoor sports event taking place annually in the Galicica National Park and Prespa-Ohrid region, N.Macedonia. The second edition that encompasses 3 trail running races is scheduled on May 22-24 2020.
UNIQUE NATURE
A superlative natural phenomenon, Lake Ohrid is an UNESCO World Heritage natural and cultural area since 1979. It provides a refuge for numerous endemic species of freshwater fauna and flora dating from the Tertiary period. Situated on the shores of the lake, the town of Ohrid is one of the oldest human settlements in Europe.

All races of Ohrid Ultra-Trail® are organized in accordance with ITRA (International Trail Running Association) medical and safety guidelines and finishers are awarded qualifying points for UTMB®.

107.3 km
It was my very first official ITRA marathon (but in July 2020 I ran 100 km around Vitosha, Bulgaria). Route was marked really good on 99.9% distance, but there were some small part which were not obvious (near beach, probably water destroyed flags :)). About food - it was mostly energy chocolates, water, cola, nothing special.
