Early Bird Registration - SAVE $10 (1/29-1/31)   RACE REGISTRATION OPENS 2/1/24   JULY 13, 2023 8am ADULT & RELAY WAVES START 12pm YOUTH RACE STARTS   PAWLING TRIATHLON YOUTH - ADULT - RELAY  The Pawling Triathlon is a sprint style triathlon offering scenic views and vibrant community charm. This is a race to add to any summer circuit for both the beginner and seasoned triathlete. Youth Under 10 course: Swim 75 yards, Bike 1 mile, Run ½ mile
Youth 10 and Up course: Swim 125 yards, Bike 2 miles, Run 1 mile
Adult Course: Swim 0.3 miles, Bike 12 miles, Run 3.1 miles

 

SOME RACE PERKS: - early start time to beat the heat (8am) - Lake pass "add-on" option during registration check-out (perfect for training from Memorial Day in May, through the month of June, and into July!) - finisher medals and age group awards - rural views and cute village charm - post race fuel station - on site recovery tent
