The Half Marathon is a two-loop, technical trail course involving single-track and some elevation changes.
There will be 4 aid stations on the Half Marathon Course. Consider bringing a water bottle or snacks for a hot day, or if you need aid more frequently than every 3-4 miles.
The 5 Mile Race is a Road Race, with some elevation change. There will be 1 aid station on the 5 Mile course.
The 5K adheres to the traditional Belmont Plateau Cross Country Course. It involves some gravel path and grass, and several hills, but it is not a technical trail course.
There will be one aid station on the 5K course.
The 10K is a single loop of technical trails through Fairmount Park. It involves some elevation changes.
There will be 2 aid stations on the 10K course.
The 10 Miler is an out-and-back road race, involving some elevation changes on a road course.
There will be 4 aid stations on the 10 Mile Course.
