Raging Cajun Challenge

This race supports the Advancing Education scholarship fund honoring the legacy of  King George Elementary school Special Ed teacher Anne Koepfinger

The event offers three race options, a 3.15K (2 mile) race, or a 8.06 (5 mile) race or the double challenge of both races (7 miles). To understand the significance of these unique differences you need to come to the race

All proceeds go to the scholarship fund which supports graduating high school seniors that plan to get a degree in education

The race will be held along the scenic and beautiful Potomac River in Colonial Beach, VA

There are no prizes or swag which is why the entry fees are so low, this is intended to be a fun race focused on generating funds for the Scholarship. As the event grows in the future, we will offer prizes and other swag.
