Registration is $10 or only $5 with a donation of 3 canned goods for RHM!

Start the new year out right and run for a great cause - ALL proceeds benefit Rowan Helping Ministries!

Dri-fit shirts (your choice of recycled shirt from the past year's races) to the first 200 registered runners!

This low-cost race will not have awards, but you are guaranteed to benefit those in our community and start the new year in a healthy manner at a fun community event!  All runners will receive their 5k time in the form of posted results at www.salisburyrowanrunners.org as well as here at RunSignUp with a finish-line video.
