About the event
This race commemorates Ron Daws, 1968 Olympic marathoner and one of the original 7 founders of Run Minnesota. Daws, a ’60’s/’70’s Minnesota running icon, trained over this same course. The race began in 1979 and was renamed as a memorial to Daws in 1993.
Location: Checkin at the HOPKINS PAVILION
Check In Open: 7:00 a.m.
25K Race Start: 8:00 a.m.
8K Race Start: 8:15 a.m.
Race Course: 25K & 8K will both be run on certified courses. Expect Hills
Registration Limit: 200 runners
