When you run in this 5 K, you run for adults who find it difficult or impossible to exercise on land!

SWIM, Inc., non-profit organization which provide free aquatic exercise for adults with mobility impairments, such as Parkinson’s, Stroke victims, MS, Post-Polio, ALS and Rheumatoid Arthritis, etc.

Schedule:

7:30am - Registration and Packet Pick-Up

9:00am - Race Start

9:45am - Kids sprints 5 & Under

10:00am - Awards
