About the event
Join us for a morning full of family-friendly fun for a great cause. The inaugural Run for a Dream 5K and 1M celebrates the life of Landon Padgett - an exceptional and dedicated nurse, talented musician, and incredible runner. As a cross-country runner in Cochran, GA, Landon ran the same cross-country trails our 5K will use. This event was born from Landon’s love or physical activity, his hometown, and the children and families he served as a nurse at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. With this event, we remember a young man who chased his dreams and was always ready for the next challenge.
All proceeds will go towards Landon Padgett Memorial Scholarships and the Landon Padgett Patient and Family Assistance Program, benefitting the health and well-being of children and young people.
No pets please. Stroller friendly in field area, not on course.
