Salem Distance Run

The Salem Distance Run, founded by retired track coach Richard Browder, takes place in Salem, VA at Longwood Park. The event includes a 5K and 10K race, as well as a 1-mile kids' fun run. Volunteers play a crucial role in the event's success, with group participation encouraged for community service. Registration is available online through race day, with specific deadlines for preferred t-shirt sizes.
