Samantha Brochu Memorial Run

This will be the 5th Annual 5K Memorial Run in Memory of Samantha Brochu, who left our world much too soon in September of 2016, due to unexpected heart failure, at the young age of 27.

Samantha was a vibrant, active woman that enjoyed running for great causes. 

All proceeds from this event go into The Samantha Brochu Memorial Scholarship Fund, and every June, one graduate from Hazen Union High School pursuing a college degree will receive this generous scholarship. 

The run will be held on the rail trail in Morrisville, and our celebrations and games will be held at Oxbow Park (Downtown Morrisville, Vt., at the end of Portland St., past the movie theatre, just past Morrisville Lumber).

When? September 11th, 2021

Where? Oxbow Park, Morrisville VT

How much? Registration: $35.00 per person

What time? Registration begins at 8:30 AM (Show up at 8:30 if you are waiting to register until the day of!)

Kickoff Lantern Release begins @ 9:30 AM

Race begins @ 10:00 AM

Want to come hangout and have a cocktail instead? That's right, there is a cash bar! Tip your bartenders well, because the tips will go directly into the Scholarship fund, on behalf of the sweet and generous people at Moog's Place in Morrisville!
