About the event
5K timed run on the scenic Kennebec Rail Trail. The course is flat and fast. Great for speed. There is a hill going into the trail. Capitol Park will be reserved for those who wish to walk. A fun run will be held for children 7 and under.

Ceremony, Children's Activities to include the Children's Museum, Augusta Fire Department and Ghost Busters, Richard Flash Gordon – Reiki Master and Hypnosis and refreshments and much, much more - 5K timed run on the Kennebec Rail Trail from Kennebec Valley YMCA to Hallowell and return. Walk in Capitol Park. Prizes will be awarded to the first three men and women to finish the 5K run.
