Segura Extreme Triathlon

Segura Extreme Triathlon is a test of sheer endurance, resilience, and adventure. Held in one of Spain’s most remote and scenic regions, this extreme long-distance triathlon offers athletes a true escape from the crowds and a deep connection with nature. The event kicks off with a 3,600-meter swim in the tranquil Tranco reservoir, followed by a 176 km bike ride featuring over 4,000 meters of elevation gain through winding mountain roads. Athletes then transition to a grueling 43 km trail run with 1,900 meters of climbing, culminating at the majestic Castle of Segura de la Sierra, a historic finish line unlike any other.
