What is Soup 2 Nutz you ask?
Soup 2 Nutz is the newest child of the Bush Babes & Bro’s Trail series. Held on the Stunning Silver Start Mountain Provincial Park!

A Mountain Bike, Trail running adventure race located on the amazing trails of Silver Star Mountain Provincial Park. Located virtually at the back door of the City of Vernon, where they boast 70km of the most epic mountain bike and running trails in BC!

In this duathlon we begin the event at lung gasping 5,280 feet, where we will start you of with an easy ride up Paradise trail all the way to LTG. You will then zip into a sweet decent all the way to the newest (un revealed) trail of Silver Star Mountain Bike Park.
Here you will climb your way back to Silver Shack and the peak of the mountain enjoying some leg crushing climbs, rolling terrain and a cross between technical and cruisey descents. During the ride portion of your event you will be fortunate enough to be one of the first to ride Silver Star Mountain’s newest trail.

Your run will take you all the way to the top of Silver Start Mountain where you will be treated with a stunning view of the valley at 6,280 feet.
From there you will run the ridge-line over into Sovereign Lake cross country area to head into the amazing single-track trail that our race is named after, Soup 2 Nutz. Here you will run through undulating trails all the way back to the finish line where we will be waiting with high 5’s and handshakes.

We are here to offer all levels of athletes a challenging & scenic race course that leaves you feeling overjoyed upon completion. This course is designed for all levels of athletic abilities, with a little something for everyone.

Like all other Bush Babes & Bro’s Trail Running events you can expect priority to be placed on a challenging, crazy fun, well flagged, fantastically aided course with the mightiest of volunteers!


Please be aware all courses may change due to closers, weather, or restrictions.

Covid-19 Refund Policy

As all events are a moving target due to Covid-19, the BB&Bro's team want to do all we can to help elevate the stress of pre-registering for our events.

If our events are canceled due to Covid-19 no sooner than 4 weeks for the event start date we will be offering full credit to next seasons event or, entrants will receive a full refund minus the bank processing fees.

Rules and Regulations

BB&Bro's Race Series
Participating in an event is a potentially hazardous activity.
Registrants agree to participate only if they are physically able, have signed all waivers and agree to follow the event rules for their own safety.

The race directors of BB&Bro's have the right to refuse the participation of any registrant if they feel there is a concern for the registrant’s health or safety

BB&Bro's promotes a positive event atmosphere, participants will conduct themselves with positive trail etiquette and assist fellow racers if injured or in distress. Course cutting and any behavior that puts yourself or any other persons at risk will result in being removed and disqualified from the event.

As this is an adventure event that is not limited to trails, Trail running, including mountain biking, and stand-up paddle boarding, the registrant agrees to assume the risk associated with such an event.
Such as but not limited to falls, poor weather condition, possibility of poor course condition, wild animals, contact with other racers, volunteers and regular park users.


BB&Bro's, event director and or course marshals reserve the right to disqualify and remove any participants or volunteers that does not comply with the above terms and conditions

Use of Images
BB&Bro's reserves the right to use any photographs or video recording taken of participants, spectators, and volunteers during the course of the event without recompense to the individual.

Prizes and Gifts
As prizes and items for racer gift bags are sponsored and may change without notice due to availability. Bush Babes & Bro’s Trail Running reserves the right to change any sponsored gifts or prizes without notice. We will do our utmost best to replace the item with similar or same value item.
Payment
You are not considered registered until full payment is received.

Registration & Registration Numbers
Bush Babes & Bro’s Trail Running reserves the right to change the registration limit for the race without notice, rules and or terms and conditions without notice.

• Bibs are non-transferable to another runner under any circumstance.

• You must register before 60 days to be guaranteed an event t-shirt.

• Changes to distance , up to 1 weeks prior

Refunds & Withdrawal Policy
BB&Bro’s understands life happens, and that committing to an event 6 months out can prove to be challenging. With that said our race entry fees will be refundable in accordance to the schedule below.

90 Days out:
• 90% deferral or refund of fee towards another single event in the Bush Babes & Bro’s Trail Series
• Redeemable within one calendar year from deferral date
• Race must not be SOLD OUT
• Can only defer once



60 Days out:
• 50% deferral or refund of fee towards another single event in the Bush Babes & Bro’s Trail Series
• Redeemable within one calendar year from deferral date
• Race must not be SOLD OUT
• Can only defer once


30 days prior to race day, as all items have been ordered or purchased to make your event spectacular, there will be no refunds, No deferrals, No exceptions.


Race Cancellation Policy
If your event is cancelled due to any circumstances out of BB&Bro’s control, we reserve the right to decide at that time on % of deferral or % of refund.
