Stuff the Bus Family Fun Day

Get ready to Stuff the Bus! This year Athletics Race Management is partnering with STS Transportation, Las Cruces Public Schools, and Bravo Mic Commutations to raise funds as well as to collect items to help ease the financial burden of back-to-school shopping for families throughout Las Cruces Public Schools as we put on the Stuff The Bus Family Fun Day at Field of Dreams. There will be a Family Bike Ride, Healthy Kid Fit area, Drive the Bus, Food, Live radio broadcast, 5k Road Race, 1 mile Fun Run and a Family 1mile Walk.

Closed course, Our road races and walk will be held on a starting and finishing on the west side of Field of dreams. 

Awards will be given for Overall Top 3 winners in each of the following categories; 5k Men's/Women's 14yrs and over, 5k Boys/Girls 13 and under, 1Mile Run Men's/Women's 14yrs and over, 1mile Run 5k Boys/Girls 13 and under.  A Traveling Trophy will be Given to the School with the most sign ups across all races ( every participant will be required to select a school)

GIVEAWAYS:  A free sports towel to the first 150 registration in either the 5k or 1 mile run.

PICTURES: Pictures from during the race, at the finish line and a photo booth will all be available for purchase from Athletics Race Management. More detail to come on how to purchase your packet.

REFER FRIENDS AND FAMILY DISCOUNT: Earn money back by Referring 5 or more participants which register and get a refund of up to $2.00. Max out your referral refund by referring 5 more participants for a total of 10 paid participants to receive an additional $2.00 for a total of $4.00 refunded. Discount not available for 1 mile Family Walk registrants.

REFUND OF 1 MILE FAMILY WALK FEE: The entry fee for the Family Walk of $5.00 per family member will be refunded to each participant for each donation of $5.00 worth of school supplies presented with receipt on day of race. Refunds will be done thru Runsignup, and should be returned to your credit card within 5-10 days after completion of race.

KIDS 5 AND UNDER are free for the 1 mile Family Walk. Be sure to register all family members even those that are free!

*Please note that we have an Ensure Registration Balance  for each race which  ensures that after all refunds are applied no more credits for refunds will be applied.

**Please note at time of registration, all event and registration fees will be collected, refunds will be issue once criteria has been meet in accordance with Run Sign Up

A portion of all race fees, all collected school items and any donated money will go to the  LCPS Project Link Homeless Educational program.
