50 yard swim2.88 mile bike1/2 mile run10 person heatsLast finsher of the heat is eliminatedAs soon as heats complete, we random select, regroup, and run it againWe keep going till there is only one.The idea is that most people don't practice transition and if you do practice it, it is not at a race pace. This will help you speed up your transition and do it in a fun and competitive way. We are hosting the event at Town South Swim and Tennis Club, 9630 Town South Dr, Shreveport, LA 71115.
