Gear up for the ultimate showdown at the Superheroes Triumph 5K! Whether you're running, walking, or rolling, this event is your chance to embrace your inner hero at Mason Regional Park in Irvine, CA. This exciting 5K boasts a fast, gently rolling course designed for maximum enjoyment and ease. Participants of all abilities are encouraged to join us and prove that everyone has their own superpowers.

Race perks include a finisher's medal, race bib, chip-timed course, and pre and post-race snacks. And remember, no superhero outfit is complete without a cape!

We celebrate athletic excellence with prizes for the top finishers in each category, including Top Male, Top Female, Fastest Para Athlete, and Fastest Quad Athlete. Plus, unleash your creative side for our costume contest - the best-dressed superhero could win big!

SPECIAL CHALLENGE: For our ambulatory SCI friends, challenge yourself to walk as far as you can, whether it’s five steps or the full 5K. The goal? To cross that finish line, in your own heroic style.

All proceeds support the Triumph Foundation, working to help people overcome paralysis and regain independence.

ADDITIONAL EVENT INFO:

- Ample parking is available close to the race area, with a $5 fee for parking inside the park.
- Restrooms are conveniently located near the start and finish lines, as well as throughout the park.
