The Dam Melon Run

The Saline High School Cheerleaders will host a 5K Run/Walk on July 10, 2021 starting at 7:30 a.m.  The race registration will be at the Saline High School Gym located at 1255 Cooper Street, Saline, LA 71070.  The race will begin in the parking lot of Magnolia Baptist Church.  All proceeds will go to the Saline High School Cheerleaders.  The cost for pre-registration is $30.  T-shirts or tanks are only guaranteed for those who pre-register before July 1.  ANYBODY registering after July 1 on runsignup WILL NOT receive a t-shirt.    For pre-registration, mail application with payment to Saline High School, ATTN: SHS Cheerleaders, 1255 Cooper Street, Saline, LA 71070 or register online at runsignup.com.  All checks should be made payable to Saline High School.  Race day registration will be $35 and begins at 6:30 a.m. at the Saline High School gym.  Awards will take place immediately following the race.  1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards will be awarded in the following age groups:  0-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.  We will have a special award for male/female overall winner,  Master (40-49), Grand Master (50-59), Senior Master (60-69), and Legend (70+).    For more information, contact Leslie Mauthe at 318-607-5267 or [email protected]
