About the event
The Washington & Old Dominion (W&OD) Trail, located in Northern Virginia, is a 45 mile trail from Shillington VA to Purcellville, VA traveling east to west.
If you are local to the W&OD, choose to actually run or bike the WOD Trot on the W&OD trail! Run or bike anytime, east to west or west to east. Use our state of the art app RaceJoy for ease of friends and family tracking your progress as well as receive cheers, virtual mile markers, music, and MORE when you run with your phone and the app initiated!
OR
Choose to run or bike completely virtually as a challenge... take on the distance from anywhere and complete over time, using our website to keep track of your progress with a map and avatar tracking.
Regardless of how you take on the WOD, you'll earn our official WOD Trot swag of a wooden medal and participant shirt.
