It begins in the village of Aldeia do Mato, Abrantes municipality, near the lake of Castelo de Bode dam and travels a distance of 42 km in order to go all the way in the shortest time possible. Traverses areas of the municipalities of Abrantes, Tomar, Constance, from Vila Nova and Barquinha Junction, moving along the River Zêzere and Tagus River, across the entire Park Almourol.
