About the event
In 2017, Turkey Trotters donated 1,200 pounds of food and $6500 to the Food Bank which provided 30,000 meals to hungry Alaskans. We will again be collecting food items and matching cash donations up to $1,000 this year to help make sure everyone has a great Thanksgiving! It is our goal to collect 1,500 pounds of food in 2018!
We will again be staging and finishing inside the Dena’ina Convention Center so you can stay warm and toasty when you’re not running. Returning is the 1-loop 5K for the big turkeys and a 1-loop 3K for those mini turkeys out there
