Turn Up the Pink Half

Egnite Fitness is hosting our first Half Marathon & 5k at Stone Mountain Park. Join us as most of us have been waiting to get back into gear, so what better way then to run and spread Breast Cancer Awareness? We will ensure that we adhere to the CDC  COVID-19 guidelines and local authorities. This race will be maxed with a 300 participants capacity so be sure to tell your family and friends to RSVP! Early packet pick-up will be announced 1 week prior to official start so be sure to check your inbox! If you miss early packet pick up, no worries we will be doing same day packet pick up.  All finishers will receive a race medal and awards will be given to overall male and female, and top 3 runners for Half and 5k. At this time due to the nature of the course and amount of participants no strollers, rollerblades, hoverboards, dogs, or bikes. Spectators are only allowed in the aid mile marker stations to ensure safety. There will be water/aid stations and medical staff between the mile markers 5k turn around point, 4/8 and 5/10. There will be signs for all routes with cones, and race course will be posted by December 15th. There is plenty of parking at the park, however traffic will be closed off/limited to the start/finish area after 6:45am-9am. There will also be live music and refreshments after so be sure to stay around for the fun while we present the awards! Make sure you plan to train for hills as there will be plenty, and we want you to be prepared! Please note per Stone Mountain Park Guidelines course time limit is 4hrs. Course will be held on the sidewalks as directed per Stone Mountain guidelines. Walkers will be instructed to start in the back to not disrupt runners. (Walkers only, if you would like a early start 0630am please send us an email). This course consists of a 2.5 loop & out and back for half, and out & back for 5k. 

“New Event Date”

Due to safety concern of our participants, the public and staff to avoid any safety concerns that may uprise with the anticipated events happening, we have moved our event to May 21st. 

Start/finish location will be at the Twin Oaks parking lot.

We are looking for volunteers! All volunteers will receive some free race swag in support of helping out. Please sign up in the link provided.

Price Timeline:

December 1st-February 28th Half-$70, 5k-$50

March 1st-April 1st Half-$80, 5k-$55

April 2nd-May 20-Half-$90, 5k-$60

Race day registration will be $100 if we are not sold out, and shirts will be on first come first serve basis to those who signed up before March 15th,2022. 

Parking is paid parking $20 at the park at main entrance, or annual parking pass can be obtained for those who plan to return throughout the year for $40.

20MAY from 3-7pm runners can pick up packets early, if you have someone picking up your packet for you they will need to provide a photo ID. 

Packet pick-up 6:00am-6:45am (Twin oaks parking lot) look for blue tents 

5k Start time: 7:30am

21k/Half Start time: 7:00am
