The event is 4 loops of the 13km route that goes around pictesque Trawsfynydd Lake. The total length of the race is 52km. You can enter as a solo competitor or a team relay of 2 or 4. The route is a mix of trail and road taking you through Trawsfynydd village and back over the hills.The start, finish and transition area (for teams) are located at the cafe on the edge of the lake. Solo competitors must complete all 4 loops of the lake to finish the event. Every member of a relay team must complete at least one loop of the lake.
