Course highlights
Uppsala Marathon runs through historical environments such as the Viking graveyard in Gamla Uppsala and has its start and finish at Uppsala Castle from 1549. The race also passes beautiful settings near lake Ekoln and Fyrisån as well as goes right through Uppsala city center.

This is my favorite race number 1! Great friendly event in an amazing environment. Wellorganized. Run in a beautiful forrest, along the cool river, pass old viking graveyard from ancient times in Old Uppsala. You see a historic piece of Sweden when You run here.
We had a nice free vegan meal afterwards.
I do want to recommend this fantastic happening in Sweden.
