About the event
This is our 22nd Annual Veterans Flag day 5K and Fun Walk to be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
Community Hope is New Jersey’s largest non-profit providing housing and support services to homeless veterans, veteran families and adults with mental illness.
Our Flag Day 5K and Fun Walk is one of our largest fundraisers of the year and all proceeds go directly to the veterans in our Hope for Veterans Program. When you run, walk or support, you help rescue over 1,000 Veterans and families from homelessness & despair.
All participants receive a free t-shirt!
The Flag Day 5K race is a USATF New Jersey Grand Prix event run on a USATF sanctioned and certified course.
In addition, if you would like to pay tribute to a veteran for Tribute row, the name of the Veteran you are Honoring or Memorializing will be placed along with a flag throughout the course, please click on the following link: Pay Tribute to Your Special Veteran - Community Hope (communityhope-nj.org)
