For more than 40 Years, the Center of Safety & Change has remained the only victim assistance non profit agency in Rockland, providing critical comfort to victims in crisis 24/7.  Yet, we have never experienced a challenge like the one that we are currently facing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. More families are in crisis today than ever before and hundreds of victims are reaching out to us for the first time. The crisis for many has grown dire and these families must rely on the Center.
