Dive into an athletic adventure at the Welland Open Water Swim and SwimRun Challenge at the picturesque Welland Canal Boathouse. This event is an ideal way to jump into Ontario’s race scene, perfect for both novice and experienced athletes. Choose your challenge with swim distances of 1K, 3K, or 5K in pristine open waters. Also, the dynamic Mudskipper SwimRun Challenge offers a 7.5K beginner-friendly or a thrilling 10K course, seamlessly combining swimming and trail running. Hosted by Canaqua Sports, enjoy the hospitable Welland community and speedy trails that promise a memorable experience.
