Zudy's Fun Run

Zudy's Fun Run is a 5k loop that starts at Zudy's Cafe and runs along the waterfront and around town. It is a celebration of the end of the summer season. Parks and Rec has teamed up with Zudy's Cafe to bring this event to celebrate and to raise funds for the high school cross country team. After the race, enjoy some snacks and meals made by Zudy's and the cross country team! 

$40 entrance fee that helps support the cross country team. 

Th 5K route begins at Zudy’s Parking Lot. Runners head east along the
walking/biking path on the waterfront and quickly turn north following the path.
• Runners will continue along the path north and go past the Branson Pavilion, Waterfront
Park, Marathon Campground, eventually through Wellington Picnic Area.
• Continue along the path over the small footbridge until the path ends intersecting with 4th
Ave.
• Cross 4th Ave heading west onto Van Buren and continue to Third Ave, crossing Third
onto the sidewalk.
• Turn right (north) heading towards the boardwalk. Follow the board walk north and as it
turns left on Dairy Hill Lane.
• Follow Dairy Hill Lane around the bend and head south staying to the left at every
intersection.
• Continue south along Dairy Hill until it becomes Chamberlain and then 2nd Ave.
• Continue south along 2nd Ave until Washington.
• Turn left (east) onto Washington followed by a quick right (south) onto 3rd Ave.
• Follow 3rd Ave to the end and turn left (east back onto Railway Ave and then onto the
sidewalk and into Zudy’s Parking Lot for the Finish!
