5K Run - Carolina Football Club

Carolina Football Club is ex ted to announce our 1st annual 5K Run.  All proceeds from this event will go towards facility enhancements at the Carolina FC Soccer Complex in Lyman, SC.  Our soccer facility is 100% member funded with no help from our local government. The complex was built in 2004 and is now in need of upgrades including new lights, field drainage and clubhouse repairs. Carolina FC is a non-profit organization that has been providing quality soccer programming for the Spartanburg community since 1981.

We will have the 5k, music, games for all ages, and inflatable soccer fields.  Pre-registered participants will receive a t-shirt & goodie bag.  Winners and runner up in each category will receive awards.  This is an run for all ages up to 90+ . The race will start and finish at the Carolina FC soccer complex and the course map will be uploaded at a later date.   Hope to see you there!!!

Entry Fee: $15 Non-Refundable, $20 day of event

Start Time: 9AM @ Carolina FC Soccer Complex

Shirts: Guaranteed to all runners pre-registered before Monday, April 13th

Awards: Awards for men and women 13 and under, 18 and under, 30 and under, over   40

Individual timing: Provided by CKET Timing

To benefit: Carolina Football Club’s scholarship and facility improvement funds

*Snacks will be provided after the race!

Packet Pickup: Early Packet Pick Up Friday, April 17th @ The FR8 Yard and Registration: from 6—8pm

Regular Packet Pick Up Saturday, April 18th @ Carolina FC and Registration: from 8—8:45am
