5K Run/Walk for the Animals

21st Annual 5K Run/Walk for the Animals | Wildwood Park | May 5 

This family and dog friendly event has something for everyone, and all proceeds benefit the homeless pets at the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area, Inc. (HSHA). Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the Run/Walk starts at 10 a.m.
In addition, there will be a Vaccination/Microchipping Clinic on site from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. and 20+ vendors offering goods, services, activities, and entertainment for both people and pets!

At the request of the animals at the shelter, a registration fee of $40 is required by all participants. Those that raise $75 or more will receive a free event t-shirt. REGISTER TODAY!!!

IN HONOR OF YARD SIGNS:
Does your pet display unconditional love? Is your pet your best friend? Or are you grieving the recent loss of a pet? At this year’s 5K Run/Walk for the Animals participants will once again have the opportunity to honor their pet by purchasing a yard sign that will be displayed along the course. Consider sending in a picture (non-returnable) of your beloved pet to be displayed on the sign as well. For only $10 display the name of your furry family member(s).
