Bill Fortune Memorial 10K Run & 5K Run/Walk

Please join the Rockland Road Runners in raising money to help Meals on Wheels with its mission to serve the homebound and seniors in Rockland County by entering the 8th Annual Bill Fortune Memorial 10k Run, 5k Run, and March for Meals Walk on Saturday, March 3rd. Meals on Wheels is a multi-purpose agency which focuses on nutritional, recreational, and social support programs which help the homebound and seniors maintain their independence and continue to live in their own home. For all events there is a $5 Rockland Road Runner discount until February 26th at 11:59p.m. (pre-race pickup).  

Online registration for all events ends the evening of February 26th at 11:59 p.m.

Shirts guaranteed to the first 500 registrants.  We are unable to guarantee shirts for race day entries.

AWARDS:

Medals presented to the top three male and female finishers in the 10K and 5K run for the following age groups: 19& under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

All events start and finish at Rockland Lake State Park, north parking lot.  The 5K run course is flat and fast, and it is one loop around the scenic Rockland Lake.  The 10K is 2 loops around Rockland Lake.
