Bodies in Motion 5k & 10k

The 5th annual Bodies in Motion 5k & 10k is a fundraising event benefiting the Blue Ridge Orthopaedic Foundation (BROF) and will take place at the WARF on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 8:00 am. The event will include a 1 Mile Fun Run and features a Race Day Expo. There will also be activities for children.

To date, BROF has donated more than $83,000 to local charities. Help us exceed the $100,000 mark by participating in this great event!

Other details...

~ CASH PRIZES for Top 3 Men's and Women's for both the 5k and the 10k. Also, Age Group Winner's will be awarded for the 5k and the 10k.

~ PACKET PICK UP will take place on race morning ONLY from 6:45-7:45am at the WARF.

~ RACE DAY REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE. Race day fees will be $30 for children and $35 for adults.

~ Children participating in the Fun Run will receive Cotton shirts, Child-Large only, and are only guaranteed if ordered before May 3rd.

~ Baby Strollers are more than welcome...PETS are not!

~ Walkers must be able to complete the 5k course in 60 min or the 10k course in 2 hours. Race will be held rain or shine.
