Bridgeland 10 Miler

The 2nd Annual Bridgeland 10 Miler presented by Houston Methodist will rival Katy and Cypress as the fastest 10 mile course in Texas and one of the fastest in the south.  Runners will experience an event that offers runners a flat and fast two loop 5 mile course around the community of Bridgeland.  

Two weeks prior to the Houston Marathon and Half Marathon, this race sets up nicely for a good training run and allows runners to prepare with an event prior to their big event. The 10 Mile race will kick of the New Year and is the 5th Race To The ARMADILLO CUP and clubs will have a chance to get a jump on points in the TEN GALLON CUP club competition for cash prizes.  

Each event will offer eight $100 cash prize drawings for all 10 mile finishers and four $50 cash prize drawings for all 5 mile finishers plus one $100 cash prize for the Kid’s 1 mile participants. 

The race will award prizes for the top three spots in each age group and runners of the 10 mile (5 year increments) and 5 mile (10 year increments) and  5k (10 year increments).  Kid’s 1 mile participants will have a chance to be the overall male or female..  Custom finisher medals, one of the uniqueness about the Texas 10 Series events, will be given to all 10 mile, 5 mile, 5k and Kid’s 1 mile finishers.
