Dart for Art

The Dart for Art is an all-inclusive one-mile race, with divisions for elite athletes, local runners, families, kids, and anyone who wishes to enjoy a one-mile run, jog or stroll in downtown Ann Arbor. To celebrate the terrific team spirit in our community, the race includes a Team-Work Challenge to see who has the fastest and largest business, club, team, etc! 

The Dart for Art and its partner event, the Townie Street Party, kick off Art Fair week in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Ann Arbor Street Art Fair is the original of the four art fairs that turn Ann Arbor in to a colossal outdoor art gallery each July.  The Dart for Art benefits the Ann Arbor Street Art Fair, the Original's educational and community outreach activities like: the Youth Art Fair, Demonstration Zone, Art Activity Zone, New Art, New Artist College Student Mentoring Program, and much more.

Sunday, July 12, 2020 from 1 to 4PM at Ann Arbor Running Company. 901 W Eisenhower Pkwy, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. You may also sign up for the race at this time.

Monday, July 13, 2020 from 4 to 5:30PM on the steps of Hill Auditorium, at the corner of N. University and Thayer Streets in downtown Ann Arbor. You may also sign up for the race at this time.

Race T-Shirts are high-tech performance fabric and are designed each year to incorporate the Original Art Fair's poster artwork. They are collectible (see http://dartforart.com/t-shirts/). Shirts are optional and are an additional $10.00.
