This 5K Night Run will be on December 14th at 5pm. Glow-in-the-Dark accessories will be available at packet pickup. We encourage runners to "Deck" themselves out for this festive Christmas event.
The race will start at Claire Parker Foundation headquarters at 1019 9th Street Altavista, VA. Enjoy the Christmas season as you follow 7th street into the heart of downtown Altavista. The route will past the YMCA, Town Hall, Post Office, and loop around Staunton River Public Library to come back down 7th street towards our foundation.
After the race please enjoy a food truck, live music, hot chocolate & coffee, pictures with Santa, and shopping at CPF headquarters with LEGO, Melissa & Doug, Green Toys, Plan Toys, Cobi Toys, Branded Bills and CC Beanie!
All profits will go to support the Claire Parker Foundation.
The Claire Parker Foundation was created in memory of our daughter, Claire. We provide ongoing care and emotional support for children and families battling pediatric cancer. To find out more about the work we do visit: claireparkerfoundation.org
