FIUGA Fun Walk/Run

In the midst of a scientific meeting full of mental stimulation, take a break and walk or run for a cause! This is your chance to get out of the convention center and get a breath of fresh air in the beautiful Scheveningen Woods while raising funds to support urogynecology education and research.

Nepalese women have the highest reported incidence of prolapse in the world. This year we are walking/running to raise desperately needed funding to cover the surgical expenses for women receiving pelvic floor surgery in conjunction with the FIUGA-supported urogynecology fellowship program at B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan, Nepal.

Our goal is for each participant to set up their own fundraising site and commit to raising a minimum of $285 - the amount needed to cover the surgical and recovery expenses for one woman.
