Awards and Medals
All 5K finishers will recieve a Finisher Medal.
Awards will be given to the following categories:
Overall Male & Female
Top Male & Female in each Age Group: 8-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

Friends of Lake Louisa State Park 5K Run and Walk
RACE DAY --- Park entrance gates will open for participants at 6am. Allow at least 15 minutes to drive from the park entrance to the packet pick-up and parking areas. The park entrance gate will close PROMPTLY at 7:15am to ensure a clear course.
REFRESHMENTS --- Water will be available at the start and on the course. Fruit and water will be available at the finish line.
RESTRICTIONS --- For safety reasons, baby joggers, strollers, bicycles, roller skates, inline skates, and pets are prohibited from the race course.
Proceeds will go to the Friends of Lake Louisa State Park and will benefit Lake Louisa State Park directly. NO REFUNDS.
