MARSHALL MADNESS BACKYARD OCR IS BACK!
You know I've been holding this workout at my house for quite some time, and everyone has enjoyed it. I think so anyway. People enjoyed last year's race, so it's time to do it again!
When: December 14th at 09:00am

The event will revolve around the obstacles in my back yard plus some others out front. Due to limited parking and space in my yard, the event will be limited in participation, and competitors will go off in waves of 10. Volunteers will be needed to help referee obstacles. The first waves will be Elite (Men first, then Women). These will be the only timed and monitored waves.
There will be a "Super Elite" wave of local elite OCR racers competing for a special prize. You'll want to come and watch these athletes compete! There will be prizes for the top 3 Male and Top 3 Female competitors in the Award Waves, finisher medals, and an after party (BYOB).
