Half Marathon San Sebastián Rual Kutxa

Beautiful relatively flat course. However the organisation left quite a bit to be desired. No sports drink on the course, by the 15 k mark no more cups for water and no promised Powerade at the end. They only had drink stops every 5 k which on a hot day is a little inadequate. Queuing for the race bib was also a very long process. Apart from that the location and course are amazing and there are loads of supporters.

Very great route it was and amazing race. The race was well organized and not too crowdes but energetic ppl filled it with ❤ love

My first half marathon experience with this race was good. Volunteers are very much active and I'm going back in the world Series

Le parcours est plat, les vues sont belles. Dommage que l’on soit pressé par le temps pour finir la course, un maximum de 2h30 est vraiment trop juste pour les débutants. 3h aurait été mieux. Les balises sont enlevées en direct et si on lâche au 15eme km on se retrouve perdu dans la ville, tout seul, il n’y a plus aucune sécurité. Dommage de courir à côté des voitures…

You all start at the same time, from the fastest to the slowest wave. However the road behind you starts to get opened back up for the traffic, there was often cars in the way in parts. Worst part was the lack of water at the water stations! They ran out!!! The people who were running at the back of the pack had nothing to drink at those stations and people were having to queue up to drink from a hose pipe. If you run this course take your own water vest.

Best part was the few KM along the beach Worst part was the repeating of the route, before 4KM you see 19KM mark for example.

Une belle course, éprouvante de par sa date. Un peu tôt dans la saison. Le parcours est agréable, beaucoup de monde en ville pour les encouragements. Au top

Great route, atmosphere and city in general. Only negative was lack of water stations on route. One every 5-6kms and in 24c heat was challenging by the end.

Really good run well organised, only issue was that it was really hot and I didn’t think there were enough drink stations. There were a quite a few runners collapsed, which isn’t good.

The last 1km is just a beautiful straight and makes me excited.
