Columbus Half Marathon, 10K, 5K

COLUMBUS' ORIGINAL AND OLDEST HALF MARATHON  Join us for the Columbus Half Marathon, 10K & 5K on August 9th, 2020 beginning at 7:00am. The venue this year will be Three Creeks Metro Park (SYCAMORE FIELDS ON SPANGLER ROAD).   Recognized as the premier training distance for fall marathon runners the Columbus Half Marathon, 10K & 5K is for anyone interested in health, fitness and fun. All finishers (Half Marathon, 10K & 5K)  will receive a custom medal for their accomplishment. Both runners and walkers are welcome to compete regardless of speed and experience.  

RACE DATE: August 9th, 2019
RACE ADDRESS: Three Creeks Metro Park (Sycamore Fields)  DO NOT GOOGLE SYCAMOE FIELDS. IT WILL TAKE YOU TO ANOTHER THREE CREEKS PARK ENTRANCE. GO TO 3066 SPANGLER ROAD.
RACE START TIMES: Half Marathon & 10K - 7am ----- 5K @ 7:10am
PACKET PICK-UP: RACE DAY ONLY AT THREE CREEKS METRO PARK (SYCAMORE FIELDS) BEGINNING AT 5:45 AM.

PARKING: Sycamore Fields (free)
AWARDS: Custom finisher medals will be awarded to all participants as they cross the finish line. Each winner in the following age divisions for all 3 distances will receive a personalized plaque upon request: 19-under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+. Walkers will not receive age group awards, but the top 3 in each event, Half, 10K or 5K will be eligible for a plaque. If you qualify for an award please e-mail [email protected] by August 16th. Local winners will be notified via email when ready for pick-up at CRC Dublin while winners outside of Central Ohio will be mailed.
RESULTS: As soon as you cross the finish line, you may view your time at https://runsignup.com/Race/OH/Hilliard/ColumbusHalfMarathon10K5K ,official results will be published within 24 hours of the finish.
CHANGE in DISTANCE: Please do not register for one event but run another as this plays havoc with participant results. If you would like to change your distance, please do so by emailing [email protected] by Saturday, August 9th @ Noon.
WATER STATIONS: Water stations which include Gatorade will be available every 2-2.5 miles on the course.
DOGS: Dogs on leashes are welcome at the race, we only ask that you line up at the back of the group for the safety of all participants.
STROLLERS: Strollers are very welcome at the race, we only ask that you line up at the back of the group for the safety of all participants.
HEADPHONES: Permitted.
PORTA POTTIES: Porta potties will be available at the start/finish line and will be available on the course.
