Points forts de la course
MarathonThe 41.2 km track takes you through tea plantations, Shola forests and some of the scenic locales in Munnar. The varying gradient track takes you to a maximum altitude of 1850m MSL, which in itself is a tiring task, but definitely not impossible if you make up your mind. Refreshment points will be arranged every 4 Kms to keep you hydrated and fit throughout the race. Course marshals and backup vehicles will always be there to assist in case of need. Barefoot runners please note that you will have to maneuver through unpaved, tractor-able roads. Please be prepared for this.

Munnar Marathon 2019 was an exhilarating experience; with the astounding landscape and acres and acres of greenery and lovely local people who made it a pleasure to be part of the event.
42 kms with a lot of ascends and descends
Perfect run through the mist, tea gardens.. unforgettable. It was a high altitude terrain, but still we didn't feel the difficulties much because of the scenic beauty of munnar plantation. Organisers were very helpful and ready to face any emergency situation.
