Open Hands Overflowing Hearts (OHOH was) founded in 2014 by Kayla Funk of Hoover in response to her diagnosis of Neuroblastoma. OHOH is a 501(c)3 non-profit whose mission is to raise awareness and funding for pediatric cancer research, find a cure and bring an end to childhood cancer.
Whether you choose to run or walk the 10K, 5K or 1 Mile Fun Run, there will be honored guests along the route to encourage you, friendly volunteers to guide you, water and powerade along the route, and wonderful refreshments at the end! Awards will be given to top 3 race times overall, then by age group and gender. T-shirts are guaranteed for those registered by midnight on March 15th. Come join us for what we hope becomes your favorite race event of the year and help us raise money for pediatric cancer research!
