Orange Theory Fitness Jingle Bells 5k Race - Run for Ruby

REGISTRATION OPENS TODAY AUGUST 1ST at 12:00PM   Join us again for the 5th annual Orangetheory Fitness Jingle Bells 5k and 1 mile fun run/walk. This year we are supporting by raising awareness, collecting donations and fundraising for RISE. Through community partnerships and direct services, this local organization will assist local families and individuals in recovering from setbacks and achieving their full potential. Bundle up and join us at the 5th Annual Orangetheory Fitness 5k Winter Road Race and 1 mile fun run/walk. Sleep in and go shopping. Come to the race in the early afternoon.

kids 12 and under doing the 5K are just $15 onsite at OTF or online (+ runsignup.com online processing fee) 1-mile fun run/walk $10 (adults or children) - includes a finisher medal but no free long sleeve t-shirt - shirt can be purchased separately for $10. COURSE:
The course will be a USATF Certified 5k Course, flat out and back route along South Field Road, left into Stonewall Dr, loop around through neighborhood following marshals and or arrows , and finishing in front of the Orange Theory Fitness studio.  1 water stop at mid-point. See course maps below.  AMENITIES:
CASH AWARDS TOP 3 MALE/FEMALES in the 5k Race. $100 /$ 75 / $50
Unique custom finisher medals to all 5k participants. While supplies last - finisher medals to 1 mile fun run/walkers.
Stick around afterwards for warm beverages, post race food, music, many raffle prizes. AWARD AGE DIVISIONS:
Awards 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall male/female. (cash prizes)
1st, 2nd & 3rd in each Age Group: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & Over
Register online or on-site at Orange Theory Fitness. Additional online registration fees apply. T-shirts to registrants before 11/20/2019. Then while supplies last.

PETS/STROLLERS We do not encourage dogs or baby strollers on this course. However very well behaved dogs and/or baby jogging strollers will be permitted if starting out in the rear of the group. The course is on a road open to car traffic and not very safe for strollers. Use your discretion and best judgement. We want all our participants to enjoy their experience on race day.


EVENT CANCELATION POLICY There is NO rain date. The race will be held Rain / Snow or Shine. In case of inclement weather, the organization reserves the right to cancel/alter/modify the race/course for safety concerns. In any case, there will be No Refunds of race entry fees nor is there a complementary race entry to a future race. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. Monies collected are used to provide support to our charity, as well as to develop and produce the event. We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair, safe and exciting event for all. Any decision made to cancel or modify the race is based on the overall event and participant safety.
