Post race we will be making pancakes for our runners and volunteers! Please bring your own fork and plate. Aid Stations There are two aid stations on course during the 13 mile loop with the first one coming at mile 4.7 and the 2nd one at mile 10.4. The Aid station will include such items: salt, crackers, cookies, pickles, oranges, water , tailwind, and soda. This is a CUPLESS event as runners are required to have their own hydration carrying bottles or packs. We gladly accept aid station donations of food items that you like to see at races. Our staff is very busy with course marking, timing, packet pickup, and communication with runners, that it does make it hard to prepare some amazing tasty treats in-between laps so feel free to contribute a little slice of heaven if you can!
