 Sportspectrum Red River Balloon Rally 5k Run

 

Date & Starting Time:  Saturday, July 15th, 2017 the race will begin at 7:30am. The race will start and finish on the campus of LSUS behind the HPE building.
  Registration:  Early registration is $20 through June 19th, $25.00 June 20th – July 14th. Online registration closes at 7:00 a.m. on July 14th
Race day July 15th  is $30.   REGISTER EARLY! No shirts guaranteed to late registrants!   Packet Pick-Up:  Every pre-registered participant will receive an original “Red River Balloon Rally 5k t-shirt. Packet pick up will be held at Sportspectrum Thursday, July 13th from 12 pm - 7 pm and Friday, July 14th from 10 am - 5:30 pm. You may also pick up your packet on Race Day at the race site beginning at 6:30 am.   Awards:  Overall male and female finishers in the 5K race will receive an award. 1st & 2nd place in each of the following age groups will also receive an award.   Age Groups:  11-under, 12-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+   Post Party: Stick around after the race for refreshments and to watch the Hot Air Balloons (weather permitting)   Special Note:  Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation!
