Rockin' Against MS 5k

Rockin' Against Multiple Sclerosis (RAMS) is a philanthropic organization dedicated to raising money and awareness for people with Multiple Sclerosis. RAMS is based on the University of Missouri- Columbia campus. While based in Columbia, RAMS aids 38 counties in Missouri.  One hundred percent of our proceeds go to the MS Institute here in Columbia to provide supplies and equipment that help MS clients and their families lead a better life.

Let's Run Against MS!

Our RAMS 5k that is Saturday, February 5th.  There will be all types of skill levels running or walking this event. Our main goal is for you to have a fun workout while knowing that you are changing people's lives with each step.

Timeline:
Wednesday and Thursday 
February 2nd and 3rd
Packet Pick up at Mizzou Student Center from 5 pm to 7 pm

Saturday, February 5th at Traditions Plaza
9 am Pick up packets 
10 am Race Begins

Shirts are only guaranteed if registered by January 20th.We will be running in snow, rain, and cold.  It's Missouri though, so it could be in the 80's.

There is also a virtual option if you are unable to be there at race day.  Last year, we had RAMS alumni from 20 different states join us!
