Run to Belle Glade

We embarked on this new, exciting journey with the desire to give back and make a difference in the poverty-stricken communities tri-cities of Belle Glade, Pahokee, and South Bay (Palm Beach County, FL). These same cities have massive homeless communities.  There are so many people that need our help, but as we approach our first phase, we want to reach out and offer you the chance to be part of something truly great. The New Church' is launching a massive campaign to bring awareness to the poverty-stricken communities and homelessness in the tri-city areas of Belle Glade, Pahokee, and South Bay (Palm Beach County, FL).  Needless to say, there are NO homeless shelters in Belle Glade, Pahokee, nor South Bay. 
We desire to assist others in improving their current living conditions by offering to clean their home, do minor renovations to their home, provide them with food and clothing, offer alternative housing, offer Educational Services, Mental Health Screenings and Services, provide basic and general Medical Services, offer spiritual guidance, and invite them to Motivational Seminars.
We have an upcoming 5k, 10k, and half marathon (Saturday, May, 4th) called “Run to Belle Glade” that will raise awareness (and funds) to the issues that exist in these tri-city locations.  (As well, we've recently launched the “Come to Belle Glade Challenge”!)
