The Old Town Commercial Association will host its 12th annual Scrooge Scramble 5K Run/Walk on the Lansing River Trail to benefit the Old Town Commercial Association on Dec. 7, 2019 at 10 a.m. Course to run along streets of Old Town and on the Lansing River Trail. Packet pick up will be available the day before the race, on Friday December 6 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM, and on Race Day starting at 8 a.m. inside Sir Pizza Grand Cafe on the corner of Turner St. & Grand River.
Awards will be given to the top three places in each age division for both men and women in the run event. There are no awards for the walk event. Age divisions are as follows: Under 13; 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted during the race and online at Playmakers.com.
All proceeds to the Old Town Commercial Association.
