The Dental College of Georiga Student National Dental Association's Oral Cancer Run/Walk 5K

SNDA will host its 3rd Annual Oral Cancer Run/Walk 5K in North Augusta, SC at Riverview Park on Saturday, April 16th, 2016. Our efforts for this event are to create awareness of the disease and educate the public on the importance of prevention and screening in order to assist in early detection of the disease.  After the run/walk, we will also be offering free oral cancer screenings at the site, as well as blood pressure and glucose screenings, and information about health and wellness as a whole. SNDA will donate 40% of the run/walk's proceeds to the Oral Cancer Foundation to partner with the organization in its efforts to prevent, educate, and support research for oral cancer.  Hope to see you there!
