Tracy's Run

This year, due to Covid-19, Tracy's Run will be a Virtual 5K Wellness Run or Walk presented by the Women and Family Life Center of Guilford, CT.

Join us and help make Tracy’s Run 2021 part of the remedy for the unprecedented challenges of the past year!  Let’s spring it forward together for a virtual walk and run honoring mental health and wellness. The Virtual Event dates will be: May 25-31, 2021

Tracy was an avid runner who loved running in the rain to help cope with mental illness.  Together we can find a sense of community, coping, and support through an event with a focus on recovery, emotional well-being, and looking ahead.

Proceeds from this event will benefit Women & Family Life Center and Yale New Haven Psychiatric Hospital and the clients they serve. If you would prefer to donate to either organization without participating in the event, please do so here:

Virtual Race Details
Register Online for the 2021 Virtual 5K wellness Run or Walk by May 14, 2021 to receive your bib number and official race shirt in time for the start of the virtual event on May 25th. Registration after May 14th will only include a race bib number and will not include an official race shirt. Race results: please upload your final 5K run or walk results anytime between May 25th and May 31st, 2021. Instructions will be emailed after your virtual event registration is completed online. You also have the option to upload a photo of yourself in your running gear. Good Luck and have fun!
