Vilnius Half Marathon

- The event information was well provided beforehand. - The bib pick-up place was at Cathedral Square - the very heart of Vilnius old town, thus very easy to find. - All in all was a great experience :) What to improve: - My finisher medal is stained upon receiving - medals should be made with better quality next time :)

Good organisation, nice atmosphere, a challening route for newbies :D, but great and absolutely worth a try :D

A great route and very helpful staff. The only thing I could imagine to be better were the locker room (it took me an hour to get to my things which wasn't very pleasant considering the weather) and signs clearly separating 10km and 21km split. If there had been any, I could've seen them. However, all in all it was a great experience. Thank you!

The luggage storage for the participants of the race was definitely poorly organized. Dropping off luggage before the race required at least 20 minutes of waiting in line. However, collecting the deposited luggage, at low temperatures and high humidity, while warmed up after the race, took me more than an hour. As a result, I suffered from severe calf cramps, which I have been trying to treat for two days now. This situation spoiled my reception of a very successful (apart from the shortcoming described above) race in the beautiful scenery of historical Vilnius.

The half marathon is perfectly suited to my physical fitness.

Vilnius was a great city to run a half marathon. It had some beautiful views along its route. Highly recommended to visit and give it a go sometime.

Overall it was a good experience. Fantastic work by the team that organised the event.

Great route lovely location people very friendly on the day I recommend if you like running come to vilnius you will not be disappointed
